Procurement of Land for Establishment of NADRA Offices in Multiple Cities

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Regional Head Office Islamabad, invites sealed bids for procurement of lands for establishing its offices in various cities. The procurement covers plots/lands in the following locations: - Rawalpindi City (Murree Road or Peshawar Road, Tehsil & District Rawalpindi) - 2 kanals - Rawat City, Tehsil Islamabad/Rawalpindi, District Islamabad/Rawalpindi - 1 kanal - Chakwal City, Tehsil & District Chakwal - 1 kanal - Jhelum City, Tehsil & District Jhelum - 1 kanal - Wah Cantt City, Tehsil Taxila & District Rawalpindi - 1 kanal - Gujrat City, Tehsil & District Gujrat - 1 kanal - Taxila City, Tehsil Taxila & District Rawalpindi - 1 kanal - Attock City, Tehsil & District Attock - 1 kanal - Lala Musa City, Tehsil Kharian & District Gujrat - 1 kanal - Bakra Mandi (Main Chakri Road), Tehsil & District Rawalpindi - 1 kanal Bidding will be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Rule 36 (b) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available for free download through EPADS V.2 and the PPRA website. Bids must be prepared according to the instructions and submitted via EPADS by or before 14th October 2026 at 11:00 am. Manual bids will not be accepted. The original hard copy of the Bid Security must also be submitted by the deadline. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders. If the opening date falls on a gazetted holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day. Interested bidders should ensure compliance with all bidding requirements and timely submission.
