Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
The Medical Superintendent of THQ Hospital Kot Sultan invites interested bidders for the auction of parking and canteen services for the financial year 2026-27 in Kot Sultan, Punjab. The auction will be conducted on the basis of the maximum monthly amount offered by bidders. Auction documents can be obtained from the office of the Medical Superintendent upon payment of a non-refundable participation fee of PKR 500.
Items being auctioned:
- Auction for Canteen Services with bid security of three months' advance payment estimated at PKR 100,000
- Auction of Parking Services with bid security of three months' advance payment estimated at PKR 130,000
The auction documents must be accompanied by bid security in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft issued by any Scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favor of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Kot Sultan. Submission of auction documents and public auction/bid opening will take place on 23rd October 2026 at the MS Office/Admin Block, THQ Hospital Kot Sultan. The canteen services auction bid opening is scheduled for 10:30 AM, and parking services auction bid opening at 11:00 AM.
Valid all-category enlistment/registration for collection rights of income issued by the Local Government for Financial Year 2026-27 is mandatory. The contract is subject to cancellation if the Health & Population Department, Government of Punjab, outsources the parking/canteen services at THQ Hospital Kot Sultan. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules. Bidders are not allowed to subcontract the services.
