AUCTION: Parking Stand and Canteen Lease Rights at Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Shorkot for FY 2026-27

Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Shorkot District Jhang invites sealed bids for the auction of lease rights for its parking stand and canteen for the financial year 2026-27. This opportunity is open to interested parties wishing to operate these facilities within the hospital premises. The auction will be conducted as per the Punjab Local Auction of Collection Rights, Rules-2016. Items being auctioned: - Parking Stand Lease Rights: Reserve price Rs. 50,000 per annum, monthly minimum bid Rs. 20,000, earnest money Rs. 1,000 - Canteen Lease Rights: Reserve price Rs. 20,000 per annum, monthly minimum bid Rs. 6,000, earnest money Rs. 1,000 The auction for the parking stand will be held on 11-11-2026 at 11:00 AM, and for the canteen at 11:00 PM on the same day. Both auctions will take place at the hospital premises. Bidders must submit a non-blacklisting certificate, a valid active Filer certificate, and a copy of their NTN for the years 2025-2026. Earnest money in the form of CDR/Pay Order is required for each lot. Successful bidders will be required to pay the annual lease amount in advance and sign an agreement valid until 30-06-2027. The lease period will commence from 15-01-2027 and end on 30-06-2027. Interested parties should ensure all documents are complete and submitted before the auction time.
