AUCTION: Parking Facilities and Collection Rights at Lahore Parks

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Horticulture Agency Lahore invites interested parties including individuals, sole proprietors, firms, AOPs, companies, and joint ventures with active NTN numbers to participate in an e-auction for the operation and collection rights of parking facilities at prominent Lahore parks. Items being auctioned: - Operations of Parking facilities and collection rights of parking fees at Jallo Botanical Garden, Lahore (Reserve Price Rs.0.6 million per annum, Bid Security Rs.0.2 million, Tenure Two years non-extendable) - Operations of Parking facilities and collection rights of parking fees at Greater Iqbal Park, Lahore (Reserve Price Rs.20 million per annum, Bid Security Rs.3.5 million, Tenure One year extendable) - Operations of Parking facilities and collection rights of parking fees at Gulshan-e-Iqbal Park, Lahore (Reserve Price Rs.5.0 million per annum, Bid Security Rs.1.0 million, Tenure One year extendable) - Operations of Parking facilities and collection rights of parking fees at Picnic Point Jallo Lahore (Reserve Price Rs.3.0 million per annum, Bid Security Rs.0.5 million, Tenure One year extendable) The auction will be conducted online through the e-auction portal http://eauction.punjab.gov.pk/auctions. Registration for participation starts two days after publication and continues until 30.10.2026. A pre-auction workshop for guidance will be held on 20th and 21st October 2026 at 3:00 pm at the committee room of HAL Headquarters, Jilani Park, Jail Road Lahore. Live bidding is scheduled for 03.11.2026 from 09:00 am to 04:00 pm. Bid security must be deposited online via banking apps or PSID and will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders after deduction of an auction fee of Rs. 10,000. The highest bidder must submit the auction fee along with the first installment of advance rent. The agency reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or cancel the bidding process at any stage before acceptance. Bidders should ensure stable internet connectivity during the auction to avoid interruptions. The auction may be extended by three minutes if bids are received in the last minute, with a maximum closing time of midnight. Successful bids will be published on the portal after conclusion.
