AUCTION: Lease Rights of Parking Sites and Cycle Stand Peshawar 2026-27

The Directorate of Capital Metropolitan Government Peshawar is conducting an e-auction for the lease rights of various parking sites and a cycle stand for the financial year 2026-27. This is the third public auction advertisement for these lucrative sites, offering a significant opportunity for interested parties to secure collection rights for high-traffic locations in Peshawar. Items being auctioned: - General Bus Stand Parking Site (Reserve Price: Rs. 40,000,000/-) - Parking Site at Khyber Bazaar, Namak Mandi, and adjacent areas (Reserve Price: Rs. 15,000,000/-) - Cycle Stand at General Bus Stand (Reserve Price: Rs. 1,000,000/-) - Cycle Stand at Khyber Bazaar, Namak Mandi, and adjacent areas (Reserve Price: Rs. 50,000/-) Each lot is offered for a one-year lease, from 2026-07-25 to 2027-07-30. The auction will be conducted through the E-Baldia portal (e-baldia.lgkp.gov.pk), with the bidding window closing on 30 July 2027 at 23:59:59. Interested parties must register on the portal and submit earnest money as specified for each lot. Only those who deposit the required earnest money and complete the registration process will be eligible to participate in the e-auction. Bidders must be Pakistani nationals, and preference will be given to those with prior experience in managing parking or collection rights. Earnest money must be deposited via pay order or CDR in favor of the Capital Metropolitan Government Peshawar. The successful bidder will be required to pay 15 percent of the bid amount as advance, with the remaining amount payable as per the terms and conditions. All applicable taxes, including income tax under Section 236-A, will be deducted at source.
