AUCTION: Parking Fee Collection Rights Okara 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Municipal Committee Okara is conducting an open auction for the collection rights of parking fee for the financial year 2026-27 under the Punjab Local Government Act 2016 (Auction of Collection Rights Rules). The auction will be held on 22-09-2026 at 11:00 AM at the Municipal Committee Okara office. Interested parties are invited to participate in the auction for the following contract: Items being auctioned: - Parking Fee Collection Rights (Parking Stand adjacent to GPO Road, Okara) Reserve Price: 1,500,000 PKR Earnest Money: 150,000 PKR The successful bidder will be required to deposit 10% of the reserve price as earnest money on the spot. The contract will be awarded to the highest bidder, subject to approval by the competent authority. The successful bidder must provide a valid National Tax Number (NTN) and fulfill all legal and tax obligations as per Punjab Local Government Act 2016. The auction committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. If the highest bidder fails to deposit the required amount or fulfill the conditions, the earnest money will be forfeited and the contract may be awarded to the next highest bidder. Detailed terms and conditions can be obtained from the office of the Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Okara, during office hours. Bidders are advised to bring original CNIC and NTN certificates for verification. The auction will be conducted in a transparent manner, and all participants must comply with the rules.
