AUCTION: Lease Rights of Parking Fee Collection at Sahiwal for 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Municipal Corporation Sahiwal invites sealed bids for the auction of lease rights for parking fee collection contracts for the financial year 2026-27. This auction provides an opportunity for interested parties to acquire the rights to collect parking fees at designated sites within Sahiwal city. The contracts are for a fixed term, and the successful bidders will be responsible for fee collection as per the terms set by the Municipal Corporation. Items being auctioned: - Parking Fee Collection Rights at Farid Town Sahiwal (01-10-2026 to 30-06-2027), annual contract value: Rs. 18,88,500/-, Earnest Money: Rs. 1,88,250/- - Parking Fee Collection Rights at General Bus Stand Sahiwal (01-10-2026 to 30-06-2027), annual contract value: Rs. 7,65,000/-, Earnest Money: Rs. 76,500/- The technical scope includes the exclusive right to collect parking fees from vehicles at the specified locations. The successful bidder must comply with all municipal regulations and ensure proper management of the parking sites. The contracts specify the per-vehicle fee rates for different vehicle types, such as Rs. 250/- for buses, Rs. 150/- for cars, and Rs. 100/- for motorcycles at Farid Town, and similar rates at the General Bus Stand. Eligibility requires submission of Earnest Money (CDR/Pay Order) equal to 10% of the annual contract value, valid CNIC, and a bank statement showing financial capacity. Defaulters of previous contracts or those blacklisted by any government department are ineligible. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the Chief Officer, Municipal Corporation Sahiwal, by 12:00 PM on 30-09-2026. The auction will be conducted on the same day.
