AUCTION: Annual Lease Rights for Slaughterhouse Fee Collection District Council Multan 2026-2027

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. District Council Multan invites sealed bids for the annual lease rights to collect slaughterhouse fees for the financial year 2026-2027. This auction is open to all eligible parties interested in acquiring the right to collect these fees within the jurisdiction of District Council Multan. The auction will be conducted as per the rules and regulations set by the council, and the successful bidder will be responsible for fee collection from 01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027. Items being auctioned: - Annual lease rights for collection of slaughterhouse fees in the area under District Council Multan for the year 2026-2027 (Reserve Price: Rs. 388,666, Earnest Money: Rs. 38,867) The technical scope includes the exclusive right to collect slaughterhouse fees from all relevant locations within the council's limits. The successful bidder must comply with all applicable local government regulations and ensure transparent fee collection. The contract period is strictly for one year, and the bidder must not have any outstanding dues from previous years. The auction is open to individuals, firms, and companies registered with FBR and holding a valid NTN. Earnest money equivalent to 10% of the reserve price must be deposited via CDR or pay order at the time of bid submission. Bidders must also provide an affidavit confirming no blacklisting or litigation with the council. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the Chief Officer, District Council Multan, by 11:00 AM on 29-09-2026. The auction will be held on the same day. For practical success, bidders should ensure all required documents, including proof of tax registration and earnest money, are complete and attached, as incomplete bids will be rejected without consideration.
