Tender Description
The Tehsil Head Quarter Hospital Burewala under the Health & Population Welfare Department Government of the Punjab invites eligible bidders for the auction of parking services for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement is specifically for the provision of parking services along with the deployment of 8 madadgar persons to assist in managing the parking area effectively.

The auction includes the management and operation of parking facilities at THQ Hospital Burewala. The scope requires bidders to have a valid category-A license and be registered with the Income Tax Department. Bid security of PKR 550,000 is required, valid for 120 days, payable via CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan. The successful bidder must submit 34% of the annual amount in advance within five days of the auction, with the remaining amount payable in two installments. The auction date is set for 18th August 2026. Technical bids will be opened on 18th July 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Medical Superintendent’s office.
