Tehsil Municipal Administration Mianwali is conducting an open e-auction for the contract rights of various municipal assets and fee collection points for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held online at http://eauction.lcbkp.gov.pk, with the final bidding session scheduled for 22 October 2026 from 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM. The following assets and rights are being offered: - Murree Road Bus Stand Mianwali (Reserve Price: PKR 3,000,000, Earnest Money: PKR 150,000) - Mela Mianwali Mini Zoo (Reserve Price: PKR 250,000, Earnest Money: PKR 12,500) - Tehsil Bazaar Fee (Reserve Price: PKR 100,000, Earnest Money: PKR 5,000) - Rickshaw Stand Fee (Reserve Price: PKR 46,700, Earnest Money: PKR 2,500) - Chungi Fee Contract Right (Reserve Price: PKR 366,600, Earnest Money: PKR 18,300) All contracts are for the period of the financial year 2026-27. Bidders must deposit the specified earnest money (CDR) for each lot to qualify for participation. The successful bidder will be required to pay 15 percent of the bid amount immediately after the auction, with the balance payable as per TMA rules. Only those who fulfill all eligibility criteria, including timely submission of earnest money and compliance with TMA regulations, will be allowed to participate. The auction is open to all eligible individuals and firms, but blacklisted or defaulter parties are barred from bidding.
