AUCTION: Lease Rights of 41 Parking Sites in Punjab for Financial Year 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Punjab Central Model Market Development Company is inviting bids for the lease rights of 41 parking sites across Punjab for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be conducted through an e-auction platform as per the PCM MDC E-Auction Policy 2025 and its amendments up to March 2026. Interested parties must register and obtain the bidding documents online by depositing a non-refundable fee of Rs. 10,000 via PSID through the e-auction portal at https://elgd.punjab.gov.pk/login. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights for 41 parking sites in Punjab (aggregate reserve price: Rs. 118,357,692) Each parking site is offered as a separate lot, and the full list of sites, their locations, and individual reserve prices can be accessed in the bidding documents. The auction is open to all eligible bidders who fulfill the requirements set out in the e-auction policy. Bidders must submit earnest money equal to 10% of the reserve price for each lot they wish to bid on, in the form of CDR or Pay Order. The highest bidder for each lot will be required to deposit the remaining amount as per the terms outlined in the auction policy. The deadline for online registration and submission of bids is 26 September 2026 at 11:59 PM. The e-auction will be held on 27 September 2026 at 11:00 AM.
