AUCTION: Sibi City and Harnai Cattle Market Collection Rights 2026

The Excise and Taxation Department Balochistan invites sealed bids for the auction of collection rights for the financial year 2025-2026 for two major cattle markets in Sibi and Harnai. The details of the lots are as follows: - Lot 1: Cattle Market Sibi City, Reserve Price: Rs4,000,000, Auction Time: 12:30 PM - Lot 2: Cattle Market Harnai, Reserve Price: Rs2,000,000, Auction Time: 01:30 PM Both lots are for the collection rights of the respective cattle markets for the upcoming financial year. Bidders must deposit earnest money equal to 25% of the reserve price in the form of CDR or pay order in favor of the Excise and Taxation Department Balochistan. Only those registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) are eligible to participate. The successful bidder will be required to pay the full amount within the stipulated time, and failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the earnest money. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the auction committee, and all participants must bring original CNICs and proof of tax registration.
