AUCTION: Lease Rights of Parking Stand at Peoples Colony, Faisalabad

The auction will be held at the office of the Peoples Management Colony, near Sargodha Road, Faisalabad, on 27 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. The annual reserve price for the parking stand lease is set at Rs. 800,000. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights for the parking stand at the main gate of Peoples Management Colony, Faisalabad (Reserve price: Rs. 800,000 per annum) The technical scope includes the management and operation of the parking stand for a period of one year, with the possibility of renewal as per departmental policy. The successful bidder will be responsible for ensuring proper parking management, fee collection, and maintaining order at the site. The auction is open to all eligible individuals and firms who can provide a pay order or CDR of Rs. 25,000 as earnest money at the time of auction. The successful bidder must deposit one-third of the annual lease amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining amount to be paid in two equal installments within the stipulated time frame. All participants must bring their original CNIC and a copy for verification. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
