AUCTION: Parking Stand (Cycle/Motor Cycle) Area at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital Lahore

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Sir Ganga Ram Hospital Lahore invites interested individuals, firms, or companies registered with relevant authorities to participate in the auction of its Parking Stand (Cycle/Motor Cycle) Area located at MCH Block, Gate-4 (8600 Sq.ft), Children Block Gate No. 1 (1929 Sq.ft), Emergency Block (6521 Sq.ft), and OPD Block Gate No. 5 (2256 Sq.ft) at SGRH Lahore for a period of one year through the e-Auction Portal. Items being auctioned: - MCH Block Gate-4, 8600 Sq.ft - Children Block Gate No. 1, 1929 Sq.ft - Emergency Block, 6521 Sq.ft - OPD Block Gate No. 5, 2256 Sq.ft The successful applicant will be responsible for parking all types of vehicles entering Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, including motorcycles and cycles, ensuring systematic traffic flow inside the institution premises with safety and security in a professional manner. The reserve price for this auction is Rs. 6,000,000 for one year. Registered applicants must furnish earnest money equal to 10% of the reserve price in the form of Bank Draft/Bank Guarantee/CDR/Demand Draft (DD), Pay Order (PO), or Banker's Cheque issued by a scheduled bank operating in Pakistan, payable to the Medical Superintendent, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital Lahore. The original earnest money must be submitted physically within ten days of the announcement of the evaluation result. Applicants must register themselves on the e-Auction Portal and submit applications for registration before the deadline. The auction will be conducted as per Auction Policy 2023 notified by the SHC&ME Department. The auction date is 29.11.2026. Bidders should carefully review the terms and conditions available on the e-Auction Portal and the SHC&ME Department website. Only applicants declared eligible will be entitled to participate in the subsequent auction process through the e-Auction Portal.
