Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
District Headquarter Hospital Sahiwal is inviting sealed bids for the auction of collection rights for the parking stand at the hospital premises for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held on 26-10-2026 at 12:30 PM at the hospital. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this open auction for the right to collect parking fees from vehicles at the hospital.
Items being auctioned:
- Collection rights for the parking stand at District Headquarter Hospital Sahiwal for the period from 01-11-2026 to 30-06-2027 (8 months)
Reserve Price: Rs. 4,330,000/-
Earnest Money: Rs. 750,000/-
The successful bidder will be granted the exclusive right to collect parking fees from all vehicles entering the hospital parking area during the specified period. Bidders must submit a CDR/pay order for the earnest money amounting to Rs. 750,000/- along with their application. All participants must provide a valid Blacklisting Certificate (not blacklisted), NTN Certificate (Filer), and PRA registration for the year 2026-27. Non-filers and those without the required documentation will not be eligible to participate.
The auction will be conducted in accordance with the Auction of Collection Rights Rules 2016. The highest bid above the reserve price will be considered for award, subject to approval by the competent authority. The successful bidder must deposit the full bid amount within the stipulated time, failing which the earnest money will be forfeited. The contract period will commence from 01-11-2026 and end on 30-06-2027. In case of any extension or changes, the hospital administration reserves the right to amend the terms.
Bidders are advised to carefully review all eligibility requirements and ensure timely submission of documents. For best results, arrive early on auction day to complete registration and clarify any queries with the hospital administration.
