AUCTION: Annual Lease Rights of Parking Stand at Rehmat Ban M.C. Sahiwal for FY 2026-27

The Municipal Committee Sahiwal District Sargodha is inviting interested parties to participate in the open auction for the annual lease rights of the parking stand at Rehmat Ban M.C. Sahiwal for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held on 30-09-2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Municipal Committee Sahiwal. This is an excellent opportunity for bidders to secure the rights to operate and collect parking fees at a prominent location in Sahiwal for the entire fiscal year. Items being auctioned: - Annual lease rights of the parking stand at Rehmat Ban M.C. Sahiwal (Reserve Price: Rs. 3,90,000, Official Bid: Rs. 38,85,000, Lease Period: 01-10-2026 to 30-06-2027) The successful bidder will be responsible for managing the parking stand and collecting fees as per the terms set by the Municipal Committee. Bidders must deposit 10 percent of the reserve price as earnest money (Rs. 3,90,000) in the form of a CDR or pay order at the time of auction. The remaining amount must be paid according to the schedule outlined by the committee. Only those who fulfill all eligibility requirements and submit the required documentation will be allowed to participate in the auction. The committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
