AUCTION: Lease Rights of Parking Stand at Government Teaching Hospital Shahdara Lahore

Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Limited (PPCBL) invites sealed bids for the lease rights of the parking stand at Government Teaching Hospital Shahdara, Lahore. This auction is for the lease of the parking facility for the upcoming financial year, and interested parties are encouraged to participate as per the terms outlined below. The auction will be held on 12 October 2026 at 11:30 AM at the hospital premises. Bidders must submit earnest money of Rs. 500,000 in the form of a pay order or CDR along with their application. The lease will be awarded to the highest bidder meeting all eligibility and procedural requirements. All interested parties must be registered taxpayers and provide valid CNIC copies.
