The auction will be held on 19-09-2026 at 1:00 PM in the office of the Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Toba Tek Singh. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this open auction to secure the rights for managing and operating the parking stand for the specified period. Items being auctioned: - General Parking Stand, New Tehsil Complex, Toba Tek Singh (Reserve Price: Rs. 3,46,500, Earnest Money: Rs. 34,650, Lease Period: 01-10-2026 to 30-06-2027) The successful bidder will be responsible for the management and operation of the parking stand according to the terms and conditions set by the Municipal Committee. Bidders must deposit 10% of the reserve price as earnest money in the form of a pay order or CDR at the time of auction. Only eligible individuals who are not defaulters of the Municipal Committee or involved in any litigation with the committee may participate.
