Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Cantonment Board Okara invites sealed bids for the auction of parking fee collection rights (theka vasooli) for various parking sites under its jurisdiction for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held at the office of the Cantonment Executive Officer, Okara, on 24 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. This is an excellent opportunity for interested parties to acquire the rights to collect parking fees at high-traffic locations in Okara Cantonment.
Items being auctioned:
- Site 1: Main Bus Stand Parking, Reserve Price: Rs. 1,000,000 per annum
- Site 2: Lari Adda Parking, Reserve Price: Rs. 300,000 per annum
- Site 3: Sabzi Mandi Parking, Reserve Price: Rs. 400,000 per annum
- Site 4: Railway Station Parking, Reserve Price: Rs. 700,000 per annum
- Site 5: Gole Chowk Parking, Reserve Price: Rs. 100,000 per annum
Each site is offered for a one-year lease period. Bidders may participate for one or more sites. The successful bidder will be responsible for the collection of parking fees as per the terms and conditions set by the Cantonment Board. All participants must bring original CNIC and submit earnest money (pay order) equal to 10 percent of the reserve price for each site they wish to bid on. The highest bid above the reserve price will be considered for award, subject to approval by the competent authority.
Eligibility requires Pakistani nationals with no outstanding dues to the Cantonment Board. Blacklisted or defaulter parties are not eligible. The auction committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. For further details, visit the office during working hours.
