The Deputy Commissioner Bhakkar invites sealed bids for the annual auction of patrolling fees collection rights for the financial year 2026-27, specifically for the Chathi and Or Satoin Koshan areas. This auction is open to eligible parties interested in acquiring the right to collect patrolling fees from the specified locations within Bhakkar district. The auction will be conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations set by the district administration, and all interested bidders must submit their bids by 28-08-2026 at 12:00 PM at the office of the Deputy Commissioner Bhakkar.

The technical scope includes the exclusive right to collect patrolling fees from vehicles passing through the designated points in Chathi and Or Satoin Koshan for the specified period. The successful bidder will be responsible for fee collection as per the rates mentioned and must comply with all legal and administrative requirements. Bidders must provide a valid National Tax Number (NTN), submit earnest money in the form of CDR/Pay Order equivalent to 10% of the reserve price, and fulfill all eligibility criteria as outlined in the notice. The auction is open to individuals and firms registered with the relevant tax authorities.
Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the Deputy Commissioner Bhakkar by the deadline. The auction committee will open the bids in the presence of bidders.
