AUCTION: Municipal Committee Kamoke Parking Fee Collection Rights 2026-27 (Third Time)

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Municipal Committee Kamoke invites sealed bids for the auction of parking fee collection rights for the financial year 2026-27 (third time). The auction will be held at the office of the Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Kamoke, on 8 July 2024 at 11:00 AM. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this open auction for the right to collect parking fees within the municipal limits for the specified period. Items being auctioned: - Parking Fee Collection Rights for Municipal Committee Kamoke (Period: 1 August 2026 to 30 June 2027), Reserve Price: Rs. 2,328,333, Earnest Money: Rs. 23,300 The successful bidder will be granted the exclusive right to collect parking fees at designated sites within Kamoke for the stated period. Bidders must comply with the Punjab Local Government Auction of Collection Rights 2016 rules and submit the required earnest money (10% of the reserve price) in the form of a CDR or pay order at the time of auction. Only those who deposit the earnest money will be eligible to participate. The winning bidder must pay the full amount as per the terms and conditions set by the Municipal Committee. All participants must be registered taxpayers and provide valid CNIC copies. The auction committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
