AUCTION: Annual Lease of PN Tennis Courts Islamabad and Karachi

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Pakistan Navy invites sealed bids for the annual lease of various PN Tennis Courts located in Islamabad and Karachi under the management of COMDEP. This open auction provides an opportunity for interested parties to acquire lease rights for these sports facilities for the upcoming financial year. The auction will be conducted at the COMDEP office, and all interested bidders are encouraged to participate as per the schedule below. Items being auctioned: - PN Tennis Court (Islamabad) with a reserve price of 60,000 PKR - PN Tennis Court (Karachi) with a reserve price of 62,000 PKR - PN Tennis Court (Manora) with a reserve price of 23,500 PKR - PN Tennis Court (Karsaz) with a reserve price of 81,000 PKR - PN Tennis Court (Islamabad Complex) with a reserve price of 75,000 PKR - PN Tennis Court (Karachi Complex) with a reserve price of 575,000 PKR - PN Tennis Court (Karsaz Complex) with a reserve price of 100,000 PKR - PN Tennis Court (Manora Complex) with a reserve price of 110,000 PKR Each lot is offered on an annual lease basis, and the reserve price for each location is clearly mentioned. Bidders must submit earnest money as per the reserve price for each lot. The auction is open to all eligible individuals and firms who can fulfill the terms and conditions set by COMDEP. Bidders are required to bring original CNIC and proof of deposit of earnest money in the COMDEP Welfare and Improvement Fund A/C No 01700103296198 (Meezan Bank) at the time of auction. The last date for submission of sealed bids is 03-09-2026 at 11:00 AM, and the auction will be held on the same day at 11:30 AM.
