Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Regional Bureau Rawalpindi is inviting interested bidders to participate in an open auction for the sale of properties and vehicles. This auction is being conducted at the NAB office located in Civic Centre, G-6, Islamabad, with the primary execution city being Rawalpindi. The auction offers an opportunity for bidders to acquire valuable assets through a transparent and regulated process.
Items being auctioned include various properties and vehicles as per the detailed terms and conditions provided by NAB. Bidders are required to submit an application for an auction token along with a bank draft, pay order, or call deposit as token money in favor of the Chairman NAB. The auction process mandates submission of an undertaking on stamp paper, attested by a Notary Public, confirming the bidder's commitment to payment schedules and acceptance of auction terms.
The auction also allows participation through an authorized attorney, provided a special power of attorney is submitted on a non-judicial stamp paper of minimum Rs. 30, duly attested. All bidders must attach copies of CNICs for themselves and witnesses. The auction is scheduled to close on 05th October 2026 at 10:00 am, and all bids must be submitted by this deadline.
Prospective bidders should ensure they carefully review the terms and conditions, prepare the required documentation including earnest money, and comply with submission guidelines to avoid disqualification. A practical tip for bidders is to attend the auction personally or appoint a reliable attorney with a properly attested power of attorney to ensure smooth participation and bidding.
This auction represents a significant opportunity for acquisition of government assets under the supervision of NAB Rawalpindi, ensuring a fair and competitive bidding environment.
