AUCTION: Public Auction of Various Types of Scrap at Pakistan Ordnance Factories Wah Cantt

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) Wah Cantt is conducting a public auction for various types of scrap materials and other non-serviceable stores on an "As is, Where is" basis. The auction will take place on 29 October 2026 from 1000 to 1600 hours at the NSY venue, with reporting at Taxila Barrier #1. Items being auctioned include steel scrap, swarf, plastic, unsvs plant and machinery, and other non-serviceable stores. Successful bidders are required to pay 25% of their bid amount immediately at the spot, with the remaining 75% plus government taxes payable within seven working days. Buyers must remove the sold lots at their own expense within 15 working days from the auction date. Failure to do so will result in a fine of Rs. 0.5% per day on the leftover scrap value. An entry fee of Rs. 2,000 per head (non-refundable) will be charged. The President Auction Board reserves the right to accept or reject any offer. Interested parties must present valid original CNICs at the respective barriers/gates on the due date between 0830 and 1000 hours. This auction offers a valuable opportunity for scrap dealers and interested buyers to acquire diverse scrap materials from a reputable government entity. Bidders should ensure timely attendance and compliance with auction terms to avoid penalties. The auction is held in Wah Cantt, Punjab, under the authority of Pakistan Ordnance Factories.
