AUCTION: Railway Land Site for Marquee Lease by Pakistan Railways Lahore

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Pakistan Railways Lahore Division invites interested parties to participate in an open public auction for leasing a site of Railway land specifically for marquee purposes. The auction will be held on 02 October 2026 at 10:00 AM in the Committee Room of the Divisional Superintendent Office, Pakistan Railways, Lahore, near Bohar Wala Chowk. Items being auctioned: - 01 site for Marquee (Burt Institute) - Area: 2+1 Kanal - Lease Period: 3+2 Years - Bid Security: Rs. 1,000,000 The Railway land will be auctioned on the basis of the highest offered bid on an annual rent basis. The highest open bids will be announced in the presence of participants and the auction committee. Participants must deposit bid security money of Rs. One Million in advance through Cash Deposit Receipts (CDR) in the name of Divisional Sports Association with the auction committee before bidding starts. A non-refundable participation fee of Rs. 20,000 must also be paid before auction proceedings begin. Bid security money will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders but adjusted against payables of the successful bidder. The highest bidder must deposit 50% of the bid amount at the time of auction, or the bid security will be forfeited.
