AUCTION: Rest House Tenancy Rights at Tariq Road Peshawar Cantt

The monthly rent will be the bid amount, with a 10% annual increase. A refundable security deposit of three months' rent is required within 7 days of approval. The tenancy agreement must be executed within 15 days of bid approval. The successful bidder is responsible for repair, maintenance, utilities, and taxes. The tenancy rights can be transferred with Board approval and applicable transfer fees. The auction will be held on 05-10-2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of Cantonment Board Peshawar, 5 Khalil Road, Peshawar Cantt. In case of no bidding, re-auctions are scheduled for 06-10-2026 and 07-10-2026 at 11:00 AM.
