Items being auctioned: - 43 Stalls at Sahulat Bazaar, Faisalabad (Reserve Price: Rs. 31,500 per annum per stall, Earnest Money: Rs. 20,000, Auction Participation Fee: Rs. 10,000, Auction Date: 2026-10-18 at 11:00 am) - 27 Stalls at Sahulat Bazaar, Chiniot (Reserve Price: Rs. 31,500 per annum per stall, Earnest Money: Rs. 20,000, Auction Participation Fee: Rs. 10,000, Auction Date: 2026-10-25 at 11:00 am) - 68 Stalls at Sahulat Bazaar, Jhang (Reserve Price: Rs. 31,500 per annum per stall, Earnest Money: Rs. 20,000, Auction Participation Fee: Rs. 10,000, Auction Date: 2026-10-24 at 11:00 am) Each stall is available for lease for a period of one year, with the possibility of renewal as per authority policy. The auction will be conducted at the respective Sahulat Bazaar locations. Bidders must bring their original CNIC and deposit the auction participation fee and earnest money via PSID before the auction date. Successful bidders will be required to pay the annual lease amount in advance and comply with all terms and conditions set by the authority. Eligibility criteria include submission of valid CNIC, payment of participation and earnest money, and compliance with all auction rules. Preference will be given to those who have not defaulted on previous leases. The auction process is transparent and open to all eligible participants.
