Punjab Sahulat Bazaar Authority is offering a unique opportunity for businesspersons and traders to acquire shop lease rights at Sahulat Bazaar, Dera Ghazi Khan Division. This auction is being conducted for the allocation of shops in two prominent locations: Sahulat Bazaar Model Town and Sahulat Bazaar Pul Dot. Interested parties are invited to participate in the open auction process for the financial year 2026-27.
Items being auctioned:
- 25 shops at Sahulat Bazaar Model Town (reserve price: Rs. 31,500/- per shop, security deposit: Rs. 20,000/-, earnest money: Rs. 10,000/-)
- 38 shops at Sahulat Bazaar Pul Dot (reserve price: Rs. 31,500/- per shop, security deposit: Rs. 20,000/-, earnest money: Rs. 10,000/-)
The auction for Model Town shops will be held on 18 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, while the auction for Pul Dot shops will take place on 25 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Both events will be conducted at the respective Sahulat Bazaar locations. Bidders must bring their original CNIC and deposit the earnest money via PSID before participating. The successful bidders will be required to pay the security deposit and the annual lease amount as per the reserve price. Shops will be allotted for a period of one year, renewable subject to satisfactory performance and compliance with the authority's SOPs.
Eligibility criteria include being a Pakistani national, not being blacklisted by any government department, and fulfilling all terms and conditions outlined by the Punjab Sahulat Bazaar Authority.
