Punjab Sahulat Bazaar Authority is inviting open auction bids for the license to collect parking fees at Sahulat Bazaar Shahdara, Lahore for the year 2026. This auction provides an opportunity for interested parties to obtain the rights to manage and collect parking fees from motorcycles and motorcars at the specified bazaar location. The auction will be held on 10 September 2026 at the Sahulat Bazaar Shahdara, Lahore premises. Items being auctioned: - License for collection of parking fees at Sahulat Bazaar Shahdara, Lahore for the year 2026 - Parking fee for motorcycle: Rs. 20 per entry - Parking fee for motorcar: Rs. 30 per entry - Annual reserve bid: Rs. 1,500,000/- - Earnest money (Zar-e-Zamanat): Rs. 150,000/- The technical scope includes the management of parking operations, fee collection, and ensuring smooth traffic flow within the bazaar parking area. The successful bidder will be responsible for maintaining order, issuing parking slips, and adhering to the terms and conditions set by the authority. The license is valid for one year, and the bidder must comply with all relevant local regulations and instructions issued by the Punjab Sahulat Bazaar Authority. Eligibility criteria require bidders to submit earnest money of Rs. 150,000/- in the form of a pay order or CDR along with their bid. Bidders must bring original CNIC and submit attested copies. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the committee, and the highest bid will be considered for award, subject to approval by the competent authority. The successful bidder must deposit the full annual bid amount within the stipulated time after acceptance. Bids must be submitted in person at the auction venue by 09:00 AM on 10 September 2026.
