AUCTION: Sale of Examination and Office Scrap Paper (Raddi) 2024-2026

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Sargodha invites sealed bids for the auction of scrap paper (raddi) generated from examination and office activities for the years 2024 to 2026. This auction presents an opportunity for interested parties, scrap dealers, and recycling businesses to acquire large quantities of used paper at competitive reserve prices. The auction will be conducted at the Board office in Sargodha. Items being auctioned: - Examination scrap paper (annual exams 2024, 2025, 2026, parts I & II): 1,72,000 kg at a reserve price of Rs. 68 per kg plus applicable taxes - Office scrap paper (various departments, up to November): 28,500 kg at a reserve price of Rs. 60 per kg plus applicable taxes - Used answer sheets and packing material scrap: 3,000 kg at a reserve price of Rs. 50 per kg plus applicable taxes All quantities are approximate and may vary. The total estimated value for the auction is **PKR 6,77,800**. Bidders must submit a pay order or CDR equivalent to 5% of the total bid amount as Earnest Money. The auction will be held on **22-09-2026 at 1:30 PM** at the Board office. Successful bidders must deposit the full amount within the stipulated time after the auction. All taxes, including 10% income tax, 18% sales tax, and other applicable duties, will be borne by the successful bidder. Only those registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) are eligible to participate.
