Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Lahore Waste Management Company invites sealed offers from agents, firms, and contractors for the sale of waste collected at Rikshaws to recycling agents for a period of six months in Lahore. The auction covers waste from Rikshaws operating in all nine towns of Lahore: Allama Iqbal Town, Aziz Bhatti Town, DGBT, Gulberg Town, Nishtar Town, Ravi Town, Samanabad Town, Shalimar Town, and Wahga Town. Each lot corresponds to one Union Council (UC), and all waste listed against a lot will be sold to the successful bidder for the full six-month period.

- Waste at Rikshaws from Allama Iqbal Town
- Waste at Rikshaws from Aziz Bhatti Town
- Waste at Rikshaws from DGBT
- Waste at Rikshaws from Gulberg Town
- Waste at Rikshaws from Nishtar Town
- Waste at Rikshaws from Ravi Town
- Waste at Rikshaws from Samanabad Town
- Waste at Rikshaws from Shalimar Town
- Waste at Rikshaws from Wahga Town
Interested parties may download the auction document free of cost from the PPRA Punjab website. The document specifies detailed locations, required security deposit amounts inclusive of taxes, and other auction terms. A security deposit of 2% of the bidding price inclusive of all taxes is required, payable as per the auction document. Offers must be delivered by October 15, 2026, at 1200 hours to the specified address. Opening of offers will be on the same day at 1230 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives. In case of a public holiday, the next working day will be treated as the closing date.
Employees of Lahore Waste Management Company are not eligible to participate. The auction notice and documents are also available on the LWMC website. Bidders should ensure timely submission and compliance with all auction requirements to avoid disqualification. It is advisable to inspect the waste Rikshaws at the specified locations before bidding to assess the scope and volume of waste involved.
