AUCTION: Lease Rights of Sand Extraction Plots at Mandi Road, Sargodha

Punjab Small Industries Corporation is inviting interested parties to participate in the open auction for lease rights of sand extraction plots located at Mandi Road, Sargodha. The auction will be held at the Technical Office, Mandi Road, Sargodha, on 23 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. This is an excellent opportunity for eligible bidders to secure annual lease rights for sand extraction from designated plots for the financial year 2026-27. Items being auctioned: - Plot M-2 (Gravel), Area: 18.6 acres, Reserve Price: Rs. 2,000,000 - Plot D-74, D-75, D-76, D-77 (Gravel), Area: 11.58 acres, Reserve Price: Rs. 1,045,000 - Plot D-73 (Gravel), Area: 13.75 acres, Reserve Price: Rs. 1,045,000 - Plot D-18-A (Gravel), Area: 13 acres, Reserve Price: Rs. 1,045,000 Each plot is offered for lease for sand and gravel extraction, with the reserve price set as the minimum annual bid. Bidders must submit earnest money equal to 25% of the reserve price for each plot they wish to bid on, in the form of a pay order or CDR. Only those registered on the www.psic.gop.pk website and meeting the eligibility criteria will be allowed to participate. The successful bidder will be required to pay the full annual lease amount within the stipulated time and comply with all terms and conditions, including environmental and operational regulations. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the committee, and the highest bid above the reserve price will be considered for approval.
