AUCTION: Scrap of Tubewell Vehicles Parts and Miscellaneous Items Rahim Yar Khan

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Salinity Control and Reclamation Project (SCARP) in Rahim Yar Khan is announcing an open auction for scrap of tubewell vehicles parts and miscellaneous items based on the 'How And Where Exist' principle. The auction will be held at the office of General Staff Officer-I Headquarters SCARP-VI Chak No 105/P Rahim Yar Khan on 27 October 2026 at 10:00 hours. Interested bidders may inspect the scrap during office hours on Monday 26 October 2026, excluding government holidays. Items being auctioned: - Scrap of Tubewell Vehicles Parts - Miscellaneous Items The auction will start in the presence of all eligible bidders. Participants must deposit a call deposit of Rs 100,000 separately for each lot as bid security in the name of General Staff Officer-I (SCARP-VI). This deposit will be returned after auction formalities. Call deposits must be submitted by 26 October 2026, 4:00 PM. No cash in lieu of call deposit will be accepted, and no bidder may use another person's call deposit. No parallel committees (pools) are allowed to avoid loss to the department. Successful bidders must deposit 25% of the total value on the spot, with the balance payable within 10 days after final approval for scrap removal. Delay will result in forfeiture of the 25% advance in favor of SCARP-VI (Saline Zone). All applicable taxes will be paid by successful bidders. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Bidders are advised to carefully review the terms and ensure timely submission of call deposits to participate.
