AUCTION: Sand, Reti, Bajri, and Other Mineral Collection Rights in Khuzdar District 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Mines and Minerals Department Balochistan is inviting sealed bids for the auction of collection rights for sand, reti, bajri, and other minor minerals at various sites in Khuzdar district for the financial year 2026-27. This auction provides an opportunity for interested parties to acquire the rights to collect and sell minerals from designated locations, subject to the terms and conditions set by the department. The auction will be held at the office of the Assistant Commissioner, Khuzdar, on the specified date and time. Items being auctioned: - Sand, Reti, Bajri collection rights at Khuzdar City (Reserve Price: Rs. 5,000,000) - Sand, Reti, Bajri collection rights at Muhammad Pur (Reserve Price: Rs. 5,000,000) - Sand, Reti, Bajri collection rights at Baghbana (Reserve Price: Rs. 2,000,000) - Sand, Reti, Bajri collection rights at Zehri (Reserve Price: Rs. 1,000,000) - Sand, Reti, Bajri collection rights at Wadh (Reserve Price: Rs. 100,000) Each lot is associated with a specific tehsil and the successful bidder will be granted the right to collect and market the specified minerals for one year. The technical scope includes the extraction, transportation, and sale of sand and other minor minerals from the allotted sites, in accordance with provincial mining regulations. Bidders must submit earnest money equivalent to 25% of the reserve price in the form of a pay order or CDR, along with their bid documents. Only those registered with the relevant tax authorities and compliant with the department's requirements will be eligible to participate. The deadline for submission of sealed bids is 29 September 2026 at 12:30 PM at the office of the Assistant Commissioner, Khuzdar. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. For best results, bidders should ensure all required documents, including proof of tax registration and earnest money, are complete and submitted well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues.
