AUCTION: Sanitary Bazar Rustam Annual Lease Rights 2026-2027

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Tehsil Municipal Administration Rustam is inviting bids through E-Auction for the annual lease rights of Sanitary Bazar Rustam for the financial year 2026-2027. Bidders must deposit 5% earnest money of the reserve price in the form of a call deposit in favor of the Tehsil Municipal Officer before participating in the auction. The final successful bidder will be required to pay 50% of the total bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining amount payable as per the terms outlined in the notice.
