AUCTION: Scrap AC Units, Copper Pipe, and Duct Material at Allied Hospital Faisalabad

Allied Hospital Faisalabad is conducting an open auction for the disposal of various unserviceable assets and scrap materials. Items being auctioned: - Auction of 40 Ton A.C Indoor & Outdoor Units consisting of Compressors, Fan motors, Corridor side open duct without power cables & copper pipe, on 'As is where is' Basis (Total Auction Amount: Rs. 30.00 Million, CDR Amount: Rs. 1,500,000) - Auction for Copper Pipe scrap placed in workshop. Rate per KG (Total Auction Amount: Rs. 5500/Kg, CDR Amount: Rs. 550,000) - Auction for duct under the Gypsum false ceiling in various wards & including repair after dismantling cost bearing by successful bidder (Total Auction Amount: Rs. 200/Sqft, CDR Amount: Rs. 533,000) The technical scope includes the removal and disposal of large AC units, copper piping, and ducting material from various hospital wards and workshops. All items are to be auctioned on an 'as is where is' basis, and successful bidders will be responsible for any dismantling and repair costs as specified. Bidders must submit a CDR (Call Deposit Receipt) as earnest money for each lot, as detailed above. Only those who deposit the required CDR and complete the registration process will be eligible to participate in the auction.
