AUCTION: Timber Trees (Eucalyptus, Ber, Shisham, Ailanthus) at Government Post Graduate College Charsadda

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Government Post Graduate College Charsadda is conducting an open auction for the sale of various types of timber trees located within the college premises. Interested parties are invited to participate in the auction scheduled for 18 October 2026 at 11:00 AM at the college. The auction includes the following lots: - Eucalyptus trees (35 units, total volume 1,240.22 cubic feet) - Ber tree (1 unit, 11.5 cubic feet) - Shisham trees (14 units, 198.98 cubic feet) - Ailanthus tree (1 unit, 23.8 cubic feet) Total: 51 trees, 1,474.5 cubic feet The trees are to be auctioned as per the detailed terms and conditions set by the college. Bidders must deposit a refundable earnest money of **PKR 60,000** via bank draft or pay order in the name of Principal, Government Post Graduate College Charsadda, to participate. The successful bidder will be required to pay all applicable taxes and remove the trees within the stipulated time frame. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. Bidders are advised to inspect the trees before the auction date to assess the quality and quantity. The auction will be held on an as-is-where-is basis, and no claims regarding the quality or quantity of timber will be entertained after the auction. For a successful bid, ensure all required documents and earnest money are submitted before the deadline.
