Sale of 250 MT Sulphur by Pakistan Oilfields Limited

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Pakistan Oilfields Limited (POL), a leading oil and gas exploration and production company in Pakistan, invites sealed bids for the sale of 250 metric tons (MT) of sulphur. The product is available on an 'AS IS WHERE IS' basis from Meyal Plant, District Attock. Items being auctioned include 250 MT of sulphur. Bidders must submit a demand draft or pay order amounting to 10% of the quoted price (excluding taxes and duties) in favor of Pakistan Oilfields Limited along with their bid. The successful bidder is required to pay the remaining amount inclusive of all applicable taxes within seven (7) days after receiving confirmation of acceptance. Bids must be submitted for the entire quantity of 250 MT. The successful bidder will bear all transportation costs including loading and labour, as well as incidental costs such as sales tax, income tax, and zila tax. POL reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. Bids will not be publicly opened; bidders will be informed of the final outcome after a complete evaluation and award decision. The successful bidder must provide an undertaking that the sulphur will be safely transported and used in compliance with all Government of Pakistan regulations and that the bidder holds valid licenses from relevant authorities. Furthermore, the sulphur will not be resold to any party lacking the required government permissions. Sealed bids clearly marked 'BID FOR PURCHASE OF SULPHUR' must be submitted by September 29, 2026, at 1500 hours to the address below in Rawalpindi.
