AUCTION: Unserviceable and Scrap Items at Ayub Agricultural Research Institute Faisalabad

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Ayub Agricultural Research Institute Faisalabad is conducting a public auction of unserviceable and scrap items. Interested parties are invited to participate in the auction, which will be held at the institute premises on 16 September 2024 at 10:00 AM. The auction will include a variety of obsolete and scrap materials that are no longer in use by the institute. Items being auctioned: - Unserviceable and scrap items (specific item list not provided in the notice) All participants must bring their original CNIC for registration. A refundable earnest money deposit of PKR 10,000 in the form of pay order or CDR is required to participate in the auction. The successful bidder must deposit 25 percent of the bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining balance to be paid within the stipulated time. All government taxes and duties will be applicable as per rules. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. The auction will be conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations of the institute. Bidders are advised to inspect the items before the auction date to assess their condition. The auction will start promptly at 10:00 AM, and latecomers may not be allowed to participate. A practical tip for bidders: Arrive early to complete registration and carefully inspect the items before bidding, as all sales are final and items are sold on an as-is-where-is basis.
