Bidders must possess a valid EPA licence for the purchase of ETP sludge and related materials. Participation in the auction requires prior registration on the SAP ARIBA portal. The auction will be conducted online, and interested parties must submit their bids by 19 September 2026. Earnest money of PKR 1,000,000 is mandatory for participation, and successful bidders will be required to provide Group Life Insurance for their workers as per company policy.
