AUCTION: Scrap, Unserviceable Items and Old Vehicles at Quetta Development Authority

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Quetta Development Authority is conducting a public auction of scrap, unserviceable items, and old vehicles at its premises in Quetta. Interested parties are invited to participate in this open auction, which will be held at the QDA office. The auction includes a variety of lots, each with a specified quantity and reserve price. The details of the items and their respective auction dates are as follows: - Scrap and unserviceable items (15 lots), Reserve Price: Rs. 20,000, Auction Date: 16-11-2026 - Old office furniture (26 items), Reserve Price: Rs. 6,000, Auction Date: 16-11-2026 - Old machinery and equipment (50 items), Reserve Price: Rs. 8,000, Auction Date: 16-11-2026 - Old electrical items (40 items), Reserve Price: Rs. 5,000, Auction Date: 16-11-2026 - Old iron pipes (212 pieces), Reserve Price: Rs. 2,000, Auction Date: 17-11-2026 - Old tyres (27 pieces), Reserve Price: Rs. 1,500, Auction Date: 18-11-2026 - Old batteries (24 pieces), Reserve Price: Rs. 1,000, Auction Date: 18-11-2026 All items are available for inspection at the QDA premises prior to the auction dates. Bidders must deposit 20% of the reserve price as earnest money in the form of pay order or bank draft in favour of Quetta Development Authority before participating. Successful bidders are required to deposit 25% of the bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining balance payable within 15 days. All applicable taxes will be borne by the successful bidders. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. For payment, only MCB and EWF5% accounts are accepted. The auction will be conducted as per the schedule, and no claims regarding the condition of items will be entertained after the auction.
