AUCTION: Shed Rent for Livestock Market Rakhni for Financial Year 2026-27

The Headquarter Livestock and Dairy Development Board Balochistan Rakhni invites sealed bids for the auction of shed rent collection rights at the Livestock Market Rakhni for the financial year 2026-27. This auction is open to all eligible parties interested in acquiring the rights to collect rent from the sheds and shops within the livestock market premises. The auction is being conducted as per the rules and regulations of the Livestock and Dairy Development Board Balochistan. Items being auctioned: - Shed rent collection rights for all sheds and shops at Livestock Market Rakhni for the financial year 2026-27 The successful bidder will be responsible for collecting rent from all sheds and shops within the market during the specified period. The auction will be held at the office of the Headquarter Livestock and Dairy Development Board Balochistan Rakhni. Interested parties must submit their sealed bids by 29 July 2026, 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives. Earnest money equivalent to 5% of the total bid amount must be submitted along with the bid in the form of a valid CDR. The successful bidder will be required to deposit 8% of the total bid amount as security. The validity of the contract will be until 30 June 2027.
