AUCTION: Six Shops and Car Parking at Kanju Township Phase I, Swat

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Urban Areas Development Authority (UADA) Swat invites participation in an auction for commercial shops and car parking facilities at Kanju Township Phase I, Swat. The auction will be conducted on **26 August 2026 at 11:00 AM** at the office of the Director, Urban Areas Development Authority, Kanju Township, Swat. The offered rights are on monthly rent or lease basis and are governed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Urban Areas Development Authorities Auction Regulations 2022. The complete lot schedule is: Sr# 1: 05 Nos Shops, Shops 02 to 06, Sector C on a 75-foot-wide road, lease period 03 years; Sr# 2: 01 No Shop, Park No 02, Sector A, lease period 03 years; Sr# 3: Car Parking, Sector D, lease period 01 year. The notice does not state separate reserve prices or monthly rental amounts; bidders should obtain clarification from the issuing office before participation. Each participant must deposit **Rs.300000/-** for each shop, taxi stand and car parking facility as security, through bank draft, call deposit or pay order in the name of Director Urban Areas Development Authority Swat before the auction.
