Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) is conducting a public auction to dispose of old and condemned signals equipment along with miscellaneous stores. The auction will take place on 21st September 2026 at 1000 hours on an open auction basis in Lahore. Items being auctioned include signals equipment and various miscellaneous items from the stores of Pakistan Rangers (Punjab).
The auction will be held on an 'as and where basis'. The successful bidder will be required to pay the exact bid amount plus all applicable government taxes. Additionally, 25% of the total amount must be paid immediately at the spot, with the remaining balance payable within three days. Failure to comply will result in cancellation of the bid and confiscation of the amount paid. Furthermore, bidders active on the FBR tax payer list will pay 10% sale tax on the total amount, while non-active bidders will pay 20% sale tax.
The Director General Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without providing any reason or advance notice. This auction notice is also available on the PPRA website www.ppra.org.pk and the Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) official website www.pakistanrangerspunjab.com.
Bidders are advised to carefully inspect the items prior to bidding and ensure compliance with all auction terms. Timely payment and adherence to tax regulations are critical to avoid disqualification.
