Sugar Mills (Private) Limited (Unit-II), Khushab, is inviting sealed bids for the auction of various sugarcane byproducts, scrap materials, compost, and lease rights for the crushing season 2026-27. The auction will be held at the mill premises in Khushab, and interested parties are encouraged to participate for the opportunity to acquire valuable lots and lease contracts. Items being auctioned: - Bagasse (annual contract) - Press Mud (annual contract) - Baled Bagasse (approx. 70 bales per day) - Scrap Iron (various types) - Scrap Machinery - Scrap Electric Motors - Scrap Tyres - Scrap Batteries - Scrap Copper - Scrap Brass - Raw Sugar Remelting (approx. 9 tons) - Used Oil (approx. 24 drums) - Scrap Wooden Planks - Scrap Plastic - Scrap Paper - Scrap Jute Bags - Scrap Gunny Bags - Scrap Empty Drums (approx. 24) - Scrap Empty Tins - Scrap Empty Cans - Scrap RG-7 Wire - Scrap Aluminum - Scrap Steel - Scrap Stainless Steel - Scrap Miscellaneous Items - Compost (approx. 500 metric tons) - Lease of Laboratory Canteen (100 chairs, 18-year-old canteen) - Lease of Workers' Mess (18 chairs, 18-year-old mess) - Lease of Clay Mud Dovet - Lease of Gas Bank (18 cylinders, 102 cylinders total) - Lease of Rakhis (4 units) The technical scope includes the removal, transportation, and handling of various scrap and byproduct materials, as well as the management of canteen and mess facilities under lease agreements. All items are available for inspection at the mill premises. Bidders must comply with the terms and conditions set by the management, including the submission of earnest money and adherence to safety protocols during removal and handling. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in similar auctions or lease management is preferred.
