Auction of Un-serviceable Surplus Furniture and Other Items

The Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication Islamabad is conducting an auction for un-serviceable and surplus furniture and other items on an 'as is where is' basis. The auction is scheduled for 21st July 2026 at 11:00 am, with a backup date of 29th July 2026 at the same time if the initial auction cannot be held. Items being auctioned include: - Surplus furniture - Other un-serviceable office items The auction will take place at the Ministry premises located on the 7th and 8th Floors, New Secretariat (Kohsar Block), Constitution Avenue, Islamabad. Interested bidders can inspect the items during working days from 0900 to 1600 hours. To participate, bidders must provide copies of their CNICs and submit an earnest money deposit of Rs. 200,000 in the form of a bank draft or pay order payable to the Section Officer (General), Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication. The earnest money is refundable. Successful bidders must deposit the full bid amount along with 10% income tax within five days of the auction, failing which the earnest money will be forfeited. The auctioned items must be lifted within five days after completion of all formalities. The Ministry reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids with valid reasons.
