AUCTION: Surplus, Scrap, Unserviceable Goods, Condemned Vehicles, Machinery, Equipment, Spare Parts at Mayo Hospital Lahore

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Mayo Hospital Lahore invites interested eligible firms and persons to participate in a public auction of surplus, scrap, unserviceable goods, condemned vehicles, machinery and equipment, spare parts, stores, stocks, trees, and miscellaneous items placed at Mayo Hospital Lahore on an as-is and where-is basis. The auction will be conducted by the office of the Deputy Director Finance and Physical Inspection during office hours from 09:00 AM to 03:00 PM at Mayo Hospital Lahore. Items being auctioned include surplus, scrap, unserviceable goods, condemned vehicles, machinery and equipment, spare parts, stores, stocks, and miscellaneous items. The auction dates are scheduled as follows: - 15-10-2026 with closing on 02-11-2026 - 15-11-2026 with closing on 02-12-2026 - 15-12-2026 with closing on 02-01-2027 - 15-01-2027 with closing on 02-02-2027 - 15-02-2027 with closing on 02-03-2027 - 15-03-2027 with closing on 02-04-2027 - 15-04-2027 with closing on 03-05-2027 - 15-05-2027 with closing on 02-06-2027 - 15-06-2027 with closing on 02-06-2027 All citizens and firms of Pakistan are eligible to participate. Employees of Health and their relatives are not eligible. Participants must deposit PKR 100,000 as earnest money in cash as a security and a copy of CNIC till 10:00 AM on the auction day. The highest bidder must deposit 25% of the auction amount on the same day as cash or DD/PO. The successful bidder must deposit the remaining 10% on the same day and 20% within five working days. Failure to deposit within the timeline will result in forfeiture of the deposit and cancellation of the auction. Participants must bring original CNIC and cash or firm must bring authority letter. The auction will be conducted under the rules and regulations of the Government of Punjab. The auctioneer's decision will be final. The auction is strictly observed and no excuse will be accepted from participants.
