AUCTION: Suzuki Cultus Model 2025 and FAW Van Model 2016 Vehicles

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Army Welfare Trust (Askari Shoe Project) Lahore is conducting an open auction for the sale of two used vehicles: one Suzuki Cultus model 2025 and one FAW Van model 2016. The auction will be held at the project premises in Lahore on 2 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, and the successful bid will be finalized on the same day at 1:00 PM. Items being auctioned: - Suzuki Cultus, Model 2025 (1 unit) - FAW Van, Model 2016 (1 unit) Both vehicles are being sold as-is, and interested parties are invited to participate by submitting their sealed bids. To take part in the auction, bidders must deposit an Earnest Money of PKR 100,000 in the form of a bank draft or pay order in the name of Askari Shoe Project - A Project of Army Welfare Trust. All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes before the auction time. Bids without the required Earnest Money will not be considered. The successful bidder will be required to pay 25% of the bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining balance to be paid upon completion of the transfer process. All government taxes and transfer charges will be borne by the successful bidder. The vehicles can be inspected at the project site prior to the auction date. A practical tip: Arrive early on auction day to inspect the vehicles thoroughly and ensure your Earnest Money is ready in the correct form to avoid any last-minute issues.
