AUCTION: Public Auction of Thirteen Shops at Institute of Education and Research, University of the Punjab, Lahore

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Institute of Education and Research (IER), University of the Punjab, Lahore, invites sealed bids for the public auction of thirteen (13) shops located at the Institute. The auction is conducted through Open Competitive Bidding. Items being auctioned: - Tuck Shop (Milk, Bakery items, Juices Cold Drink, Tea, Coffee) (03 units) - Photocopy and Composing Shop (03 units) - Fruit Shop (Juice, Ice Cream, Fresh Fruits, Fruits Salad) (01 unit) - Food Shop (Biryani Shop, Sallen Roti, naan Tiki) (02 units) - Fast Food Shop (Burger, Sandwich, Pizza) (02 units) - Snack Shop (Samosa, Fries Shop, Nuggets, Pokara) (01 unit) - Dahi Bhallay, Fruit Chaat, Cold Cuppy Shop (01 unit) Tender/Auction documents can be obtained from the Office of the Director, Institute of Education and Research during office hours upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2000/-. Sealed bids must reach the office of the undersigned on or before 28-08-2026 at 10:00 a.m. The bids will be opened on 29-08-2026 at 11:00 a.m. in the presence of bidders. Bids below the minimum proposed rent of Rs. 40,000/- per month for each category shop will not be considered. The Auction Committee, IER reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel the auction process at any stage without assigning any reason. Note: Employees of the University of the Punjab, including the Institute of Education and Research (IER), are not allowed to participate in the auction. Bidders are advised to carefully review the auction documents and ensure timely submission of bids.
