AUCTION: Timber Trees at Balkhar Plantation, District Council Choa Saidan Shah

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. District Council Choa Saidan Shah is conducting an open auction for the sale of timber trees located at Balkhar Plantation, within the jurisdiction of District Council Choa Saidan Shah. The auction will be held on 15 September 2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the District Council. This opportunity is open to all eligible Pakistani citizens and timber traders interested in acquiring timber through a transparent public auction process. Items being auctioned: - Timber trees (21 in total) and 2 dry trees located at Balkhar Plantation, District Council Choa Saidan Shah Interested participants must submit a security deposit of 50000 rupees per participant, along with a valid CNIC, before the auction begins. The successful bidder will be required to pay the full bid amount as per the auction terms. All participants must be present at the auction venue by 11:00 AM on the specified date. The auction committee will oversee the process to ensure fairness and transparency. The auctioned timber must be removed from the site within the stipulated time frame, and any damage to the plantation or surrounding property during removal will be the responsibility of the successful bidder. In case of any dispute or loss, the decision of the District Council will be final and binding. The auction committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
